Investing with No Money or Credit
The relationship between Money or Credit and Real Estate investment is very opaque. If you want to become a successful real estate investor, you do not require money or credit. Instead what you require are certain skill sets like your Networking Ability, Persistence and Street Smartness. There are a lot of traditional and modern ways for real estate investment with or without money and credit.
While it is easier to jump into the field with some liquid money, the smarter way to do it is to have nothing to lose but still gain. One of the oldest and traditional ways of doing this is investing Wholesaling. Here you do not actually invest or buy the property. Instead, you sell the property while the owner owns it, find a buyer and earn a commission. What you require over here is not money or credit but your networking ability and street smartness. Another way of Real Estate Investing with no money or credit is by taking over the mortgage payments. Here you become responsible for paying the mortgage payment of that property, the sooner you find the buyer the better it is for you. The third way is Partnering. You might be good with networking and finding the right property, the seller and the buyer and your partner can be somebody with some liquid money. Here you both work in sync with each other and enjoy a mutual benefit from the property.
When we talk about Real Estate Investing with credit the most important thing to do is to check our credit score and basis that can we pick up some loan from the market and then go about doing our drill. My question to you here is If you can actually invest in real estate with no money and credit then why not. The only qualities that you need to learn and the skills which you need to develop are your Inter-Personal skills or your networking ability and your street smartness. The catch here is that before you actually gain some experience, do not get involved in bigger deals. Gain some experience and learn the tricks of the trade before you take bigger risks. Also while real estate investment with or without money has its own benefits, one drawback over here is that an investor with better credit score will have wider prospects of investment options and more control over their finances. Also, real estate investment has its own benefits like tax deductions, rental income, etc. The smarter you are to know how to use this investment option to your benefit the more you gain from this.
